Gymnastic Dash

The 100m Gymnastic Dash will be one of the most dramatic track events. This event takes the most picturesque of all gymnastic moves and turns them into a race where they must now be performed with new speed and extension.

Competitiors will undertake a progression of a set number of linked forward hand springs, cartwheels, backwards hand springs, aerial cartwheels, and a straight sprint over 100 meters. Moves and qualifying times for the Fringe Games in New Zealand will be announced soon.
